I stopped drinking bc it makes me feel more awful than it's worth: instant dehydration, major hangovers, etc. usually I don't care much about not drinking but holidays are hard because I just want to be like everyone else and have one glass of wine without my ankles swelling and a three day headache

at what age do kids listen when you warn them about hitting their head on sharp corners? I'm assuming there's a window where it works before they stop again but it sure doesn't start at 4
