If you can put ear pods in and listen to your favourite upbeat music that can raise the likes of dopamine/serotonin. I think I feel more awake on the mornings I remember to do my physio stretches, or maybe I remember to do my stretches because I'm feeling a little more awake 🤷‍♀️ 😄

Just be aware that coffee can make some adhd folk sleepy, the stimulant effect can calm our nervous systems.

Trouble getting out of bed in the morning can have links with arthritis (which I know you have) and also fibro, which may have links with adhd. Our brain chemistry can be yanky in the am too

I was saying to himself recently that AI laws should be tight AF or it should be banned because of the potential harm it can do in the wrong hands. It genuinely scares me where we will end up with it.

Two things that would help sick & disabled people work are a universal basic income, so they're guaranteed to afford their basic bills during relapse periods. And equal marriage, where they are guaranteed access to some financial support so they don't end up 100% dependant on a working partner.

I know it's not feesable for most people in work. But if you can have a 20minute nap roughly every 3hrs it can help with post viral fatigue. Sorry you're dealing with it, do be careful to not push yourself too hard, it can become long term if not handled properly.

My photo shows a blue spherical bead in the form of a hedgehog curled up in a defensive ball displayed on a grey background. It is made of Egyptian faience, a ceramic material with a shiny blue glaze. The hedgehog’s face, ears, feet and tail are shown in relief, and the quills are represented by black dots painted over the surface of the bead. A hole for threading runs through the sphere - it can just be seen on the right hand side of the bead. The hedgehog’s long ears suggest this is a desert hedgehog. Desert hedgehogs may have symbolized rebirth because they reappear after hibernating underground in winter. Dated c.1985 - 1650 BC. On display at the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh.
