Going to try to sleep with a heat patch on my neck to stop it going into spasm during the night. The botox has worn off and the cervicogenic headaches are kicking my ass this week. Got an unexpected botox appointment for 18th Dec, hopefully that settles them a bit before Christmas.

Male Argonaut Octopi only grow to be a 10th of the size of the females. To mate they have a detachable "penis" that bursts out from a pouch under their eye, swims to the female and fertilises her eggs.

Nice to know that Google have already let AI loose in my gmail account, even though I rejected AI features when they were first offered. They granted access without my permission for an AI company to access emails between me and my trauma therapist. Cool, cool, nothing unethical about that at all.
Google defaulting all Gmail users to a setting that enables Google to harvest all your emails into chatbot training is straight-up evil and invasive.

Suspect the compressor finally failed. Sadly ebac don't deliver to NI any more and the options through 3rd party suppliers weren't what I was after. So Mr R sprung for a £90 random one from Argos that probably won't last anywhere near as long 😄. RIP ebac, you served me well 🪦

Pretty sure my 15+yr old ebac dehumidifier just died. Two weeks after my 20yr old car cost almost £700 to MOT. My tumble drier broke down two years ago, drying washing without them both would be mouldy. FML.

Had a delicious lunch of hot store bought soup & nooch toast to try to ease the head. This carries the risk of a tmj headache, migraine, crippling stomach cramps or/and hot tubes by the morning. Lets hope the digest enzymes work their magic. Having a body that reacts badly to most foods is fun! 😬

I was subjected to strobe lighting the other day when a, well meaning, motorist was trying to let a car know they could put out in front of him before the lights went green. Then they did it again with the next car. That can be a migraine trigger for many people, please don't do this folks.
i think if you want to have those disgusting LED headlights on your car, you should have to do a test where they blast you point blank with your own headlights and then you have 15 seconds to successfully complete some sort of vision-based task, and if you can't do it they push your car off a cliff
