Has Putin yet said “Thank you” to President Trump for all the help he has been in undermining the United States? Least he could do.

Trump lies and he knows it. Per capita, Denmark lost more soldiers in Afghanistan than the United States. His lies will never change the fact that NATO has triggered Article V only once in its history when the US was attacked on 9-11
Trump on NATO: "I've always said, will they be there if we ever needed them? That's really the ultimate test. I'm not sure of that. We've never needed them. They'll say they sent some troops to Afghanistan and this or that. And they did. They stayed a little back, off the front lines."

One of the things my extremely normie, conservative, David Brooks-reading parents have done in retirement is work at their church's food pantry a few days a week. This rogue federal force is coming for anyone who doesn't support their ethnic cleansing.

Each of those things were *also* un-American.

Not because they weren't done by Americans, and by America, but because they were always contradictory to what America creedally claimed to be: the land where all men were created equal and endowed with inalienable rights
I fear my tipping point into madness is "Thus is un-American" posts in response to ICE terrorizing immigrants. I beg you to open Wikipedia (I would say a book but let's start small) and read up on The Trail of Tears, Fugitive Slave Catchers, Japanese internment, Indian Boarding schools & Jim Crow

The Bald Eagle has religious significance in Indigenous communities, but it's…less common in Christianity.

And it's usually not about *seeing* one. I saw a Bald Eagle today on the way to the airport. That's not super uncommon: Their range is almost the entire continental U.S. and most of Alaska.
In horror at the detention of a child, this moment from our reporting on Minneapolis today stands out —

An ICE agent saw a bald eagle while driving with a detained US citizen. The agent said to the driver, “there’s a bald eagle, do you know what that means?” The driver said: “God is on our side.”

I was at MANY of these stops. Here’s what would happen: the agents would stand guard at the cars, Bovino would literally pose out front while people yelled at him. It was a pathetic, obvious attempt to antagonize neighbors - they transited three gas stations and did the exact same thing thrice.
