Trump wrongly indicted me. I’ll rightly impeach him.

Impeachment isn’t just an option, it’s a necessity. I know firsthand the lengths Trump is willing to go in order to silence dissent — but is it working?

X’s decision to show where its accounts are based “is, theoretically, a positive step in the direction of transparency”—yet Elon Musk may have instead revealed that the platform is “just a worthless, poisoned hall of mirrors,” @cwarzel.bsky.social argues.

Democratic lawyer Marc Elias said his election litigation boutique, Elias Law Firm, has been growing quickly in head count and demand since he launched it four years ago, partly thanks to a surge in litigation over voting rights and redistricting over the last year. www.law.com/newyorklawjo...

The boutique has grown to 62 total attorneys since its founding in 2021, an increase Elias credited largely to redistricting fights at the state level.

And what happens to these selfie posts? Nothing. PWD’s get ghosted by family, friends, neighbours. Because apparently seeing suffering is hard. Maybe they should try actually suffering for once to get some empathy! Parents & teachers are raising a bunch of snowflakes.

Frontlines were hit hard dealing with #Covid & hyperinflation. Some became #PWD's. We need a strong infrastructure for next pandemic.
I wish @bcgeu.bsky.social & unions would advocate #fairness #dignity #solidarity for #PWD's who get only 1/2 the Minimum Wage! More PWD's in BC than BCGEU members.

In the US, you have ICE agents. In Canada, we have NICE agents.
This agent was part of the ‘This Hour Has 22 Minutes’ Canadian television show. He was interviewing Americans and letting them pose for a Canadian passport ID. People were getting a kick out of it and having fun. Good on you Canada! 🇨🇦❤️

Yes. My wife was one of them. At least I had sparse contact with psychiatry. She was seeing them continually for 30 years and they missed what was under their noses.

And yet they keep misdiagnosing it as anxiety and depression or, if you argue back, borderline personality disorder.

And now they’re gonna actively make a “my executive function is exhausted” problem worse by demanding you use more executive function.

Most tragic thing is how treatable this is.

Well not only are therapists and psychiatrists utterly fucking terrible at diagnosing ADHD when it’s sitting there in front of them with a fidget toy interrupting their every third word to talk about squirrels, it’s also possibly THE most common problem they see coming through their doors.

You know how that often turned out to be shit like Lyme’s disease and other chronic infections that the immune system can’t quite fight off?

And the body wanted to test for a blood good reason

And doctors told patients to do graded exercise?

And it made it worse?

So here’s the thing.

In the UK, there are like a million women with undiagnosed ADHD (yes, really).

The most frequent misdiagnosis of ADHD in women sees us misdiagnosed with chronic anxiety and depression (which are symptoms of untreated ADHD).

You know all those people with chronic fatigue?

The real point of this article ought to be an argument for better assessment and better support for neurodivergent kids and pediatric mental health. Because ADHD meds are not the problem here, and depression and anxiety are common ADHD comorbidities.
