Domestic Tribulls, one of the most familiar forms of livestock in Dracovita, and one that is the most widespread as their more earthen counterpart, domestic cattle, aren't exactly the most edible to a lot of the more alien races of Dracovita, its also best to ignore how most cattle are either extinct or nearly extinct. The origin of the Domestic Tribull isn't exactly known, but the existence of "wild" species that are related to Domestic Tribulls indicates that they very likely originate from Golden Spawn experimentation sites, making it a bit clear that they are purposed organisms. The name "Tribull" has fairly simple origins, they have three legs and resemble bovines, this common name is of human origin, but is very commonly used since most groups don't have a name or word for Tribulls. The meat of Domestic Tribulls is strange to say the least, being blue in colouration, even in Tribulls that don't have blue coat colours. Depending on the cuts the texture is comparable to that of cattle, with similar taste, although diet, breed and lifestyle changes the flavour profile drastically. Often they're also kept as pets by some, especially the Centrix, the giant dragonfolk are very fond of the smallest of Tribull breeds, the smallest of the small, the Runters. Milking Tribulls is a very different process to that of bovines, as Tribulls have an organ called the "Milksponge". The Milksponge is present in both sexes, so its not uncommon to see bull Tribulls being suckled on by one or two calves, usually ones he sired. The process of milking a Milksponge begins by placing the appropriate vessel beneath the Tribull and placing your hands on the outside of the organ, then you move your hands, trying to get them to meet together in the middle, once in the middle you repeat the process, starting outside and moving to meet in the middle.

Hey don't cry... 60 million icefish nests in a colony twice the size of Paris discovered in the Weddell Sea in 2021 ok???
Overhead view of several crocodile icefish nests on the sea bottom. They're simple circular nests dug into the sand and most of them are guarded by one icefish each. The icefish live in Antarctica and are remarkable in that they are the only vertebrates whose adults produce no hemoglobin due to a genetic mutation. Icy water environment, unusually robust cardiovascular system and an antifreezing agent produced in their bodies are some of the factors that make their survival possible. Icefish have a tapered body with three large rayed fins, and large eyes. They are blue-ish white, and appear pearlescent and transculent, as their blood lacks the usual red colour. Tiktaalik slugs its way over a muddy bank in a flooded Devonian landscape while the sun sets over the horizon. Banks of pink and purple clouds loom in front of distant streaks of orange as clear turquoise sky peeks through cloudless regions. Various trees and shrubs stand tall above purple water glistening with gold wavelets. With vision that could probably see in the UV spectrum and eyes beginning to adapt for the infinite visual range provided in aerial habitats, Titaalik pauses to take this all in, being among the first animals that can see the natural world in such detail. All which is to say - the next time you admire sunsets or the night sky, consider what this owes to events of 375 million years ago. When the first vertebrates struggled out of the water they rapidly developed eyes that were much sharper and clearer than those of their fishy ancestors, vision being of variable utility in most freshwater habitats. Millions of years on, what probably started as a means to navigate and find prey allows us to observe and enjoy the natural world with a sense of awe and wonder.
