Looking up at a black cat's paws extended out past the edge of a shelf atop a cat tree. We see three. The closest and most in focus is turned so that the beans are facing away from us. This is also the arm furthest over the edge. Farthest from us we see a back paw beans down. In between them we see just the beans of his other back paw at the edge.

This morning's light was an absolutely beautiful amber glow for just a few moments while the sun was low on the horizon. Even the dried out pokeweed looked poetic.

Looking slightly up, through the spindles of a staircase railing, at Her Excellency and The Minions sitting on the stairs. All three are sitting upright and staring at the camera with disapproving expressions. The Larger Minion is in the bottom left corner of our photo. He sits close to the spindles on a stair just below our view so we see just his chest and head. Her Excellency is on the next stair up, to the right in our photo. She is close to the wall and we can see her from head to toe. She is near the center of our photo. The Smaller Minion is on the next stair up, and like The Larger Minion, he is close to the spindles. We see all but his paws which are behind the lower rail. He fills the top right corner of our photo.
