Twatting around with the planning system won't achieve anything. You need to fund and resource local authorities properly AND embark on a serious council housing building programme. THE PRIVATE SECTOR CANNOT, AND WILL NOT, DELIVER SUFFICIENT HOUSING! ARRRGGGHHH!

Finally got round to breaking out the TimKey / EmilyJuniper playing cards I bought during lockdown. Not ideal if trying to maintain a poker face - e.g. King of Spades, and the black hearts don't help 4 cocktails in... Absolutely gorgeous though.

Of course, I've seen people stacking clean asbestos roof tiles neatly on pallets to sell them. What's new to me is sanding asbestos fiber cement tiles and reusing them. That's very stupid. Don't do it.
