I think it's more likely that they will either stand down once they arrive or figure out how to slow down ICE.
If the Pentagon will carry out these orders, will they kill National Guards troops and local police or NATO members on his orders, even though he is clearly mad?

There's a good chance that if Trump sends the military into Minnesota, they will not lift a finger to harm or interfere with nonviolent protesters, but they might not be so restrained when they see ICE acting like a liquored up lynch mob and attacking random people.
If you're a soldier in the 11th Airborne Division being ordered to prep for deployment to Minnesota or Greenland, remember that you have the right to apply for conscientious objector status.
