For me to order a cheese pizza it'd have to promise really high quality BANGIN cheese. Even then, some umami element needs to be there, so add the parmigiano reggiano too.

One thing I find myself surprised by upon watching videos of regional pizza places & styles is how outside of the midwest sausage as a topping doesn't seem that popular?
I tend to default to sausage & pepperoni either combo or half & half cuz I hate having to decide.
