My heart flutters a lot more for Grace's slow, scary gameplay with her eight inventory slots and limited saves but I think both parts of Requiem look separately ace.
Hopefully Capcom do the impossible and make something coherent out of them.

Been a weird few weeks and part of that has been not feeling particularly enthused to stick with anything gaming-wise, so I've headed back to old comfort.
Doing my first run of Horizon Forbidden West since it was released four years ago.

Meta has reportedly closed three of its video game divisions, including Armature Studios, whom Resident Evil fans will know for their excellent RE4 VR port for Meta Quest 2.

I'm definitely on the mend as I was able to focus enough to beat Mega Man 5. Allegedly one of the easiest in the classic series and still absolutely nails tough.
I want to beat *at least* one game in every side series this year so we're off to a good start! Where next?

My big plan for 2026 is to take better care of myself.
I wound up pushing myself too hard this year and, despite the wins, I hated what it did to me and who I became.
You won't see that next year. I'll achieve great things AND not get sick from overexertion every time I take a break!
