It is starting to piss me off when folks say “I’m just not into politics” or “I’m just not political”. Well, you better start feeling some kind of way about politics because you may be adversely affected because of politics. People forgot about voting rights….

It's exciting to see research confirming the connections among the various characteristics and medical conditions of the "Chronic Constellation" Maybe someday medical schools and hospital systems will have to acknowledge the vast numbers of us who are currently being misdiagnosed.
Neurodivergent adults Autistic, ADHD and those with Tourette’s are over twice as likely to have hypermobility than the general population in this study.
The study pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35185636/ Csecs et al (2022) led by our Patron Dr Eccles is very important.

If you bleed the people dry, there will be nothing left to steal.
Around 70% of the U.S. economy depends on consumer spending. As wealth concentrates in the richest 10%, the rest of America can’t afford to buy enough to keep the economy running.

This is a huge problem — and even America’s most powerful CEOs are starting to sound the alarm.

ICE enforcement is a mass disabling event

If you have a medical emergency in ICE custody, there’s a chance you will simply “disappear”

Or you could end up like Randall Alberto Gamboa Esquivel who was deported to Costa Rica in a persistent vegetative state.

He died soon after.

I think you're beginning to understand my problem.
thing about autism is if you work really hard for many years, you can learn through trial-and-error how to navigate social situations and interpersonal connections SO effectively that people don't really believe you're autistic anymore and resent you for not being perfect at nonverbal communication

I want people to be fed. Nobody should starve in the "land of plenty," even if they cannot work.

We're a rich nation. Why does anyone resent giving someone food? Why do they have to "deserve it"? Why be so stingy? Do you belive the propaganda spread by billionaires who want us all to be poor?
Them: “I’m sick of subsidizing their groceries when mine cost so much”

SNAP does not drive up grocery prices.

That would be inflation, tariffs & corporate greed.

For every $1 spent on SNAP there’s a $1.50 going back into the economy.

While you’re blaming the poor, the rich are robbing everyone.

I'm bitterly disappointed that the Democrats don't present much resistance to fascism. Schumer doesn't lead. He merely takes up space. Pitch the whole lot into the bin but only keep the few who are truly progressive. They're looking out for the little guys. They haven't forgotten about us.
After yesterday’s surrender, we’re launching the largest Democratic primary program that we’ve ever run.

We will not back any Senate primary candidate unless they call for Schumer to step down as Minority Leader.

If you’re as pissed as we are, join this campaign to rebuild the Democratic Party. 👇
Democratic leaders have failed us again. It's time to get new leaders.
After yet another capitulation by Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats, it's clear we need new leadership capable of mounting a serious opposition to Trump's authoritarian regime. We're launching our la...
