i know there are 100000 different reasons it's not okay to tell someone to go get their ADHD medicated (the diagnosis process is horrible, the "medicine shortages" are a thing, the cost is prohibitive, etc)

Deplorable, but not surprising. Steam has no issue fostering a space where racists and misogynists can spout their hateful rhetoric with zero consequence, negatively impacting marginalized communities and the developers who seek to support them or include them in their work.
Valve has now rejected my complaint, confirming that "I don't like muslims" is a valid reason to leave a negative review on a game on Steam
