A family friend was telling us about what her husband shared about his experience in Broadview before he was deported back to Mexico. She's been sharing to friends and family because she's just in disbelief & horror what her husband told her. She wasn't able to talk to him until he was in Mexico.

Streaming music is a fantastic convenience. However, I feel like it does more harm than good to the arts. So I exclusively listen to music which I've bought.
Do you have any extremely niche, but serious, ethical stances?

blocklists interface can be a little counterintuitive if you're unfamiliar with them, because Subscribe understandably sounds like the opposite of what you'd want to do, but that's where the option is to block all. it's what I'm doing🥷🏼

In late 2020, far right violence was ramping up here in Oregon in tandem with the "stop the steal" nonsense. David Medina, the OR "journalist" who last week embedded w/ Benny Johnson & Kristi Noem, participated in this Dec 21, 2020 invasion of the *Oregon* Capitol Building. bsky.app/profile/seth...
My perceptions of J6 were shaped by living in Salem, Oregon. On December 21, 2020 an angry mob, organized (in hindsight) by local GOP activists, forced their way into the State Capitol, smashing a door. On January 1 those same groups engaged in pitched battle on Salem's streets AGAINST THE POLICE.
Enrique Tarrio wasn’t at J6 because he’d been arrested for a crime committed a month or two earlier. The “stand back and stand by” era featured DC civilians getting beaten up.

I think we simply have a different understanding of the relationship between Trump and the shock troops.

u-haul vans
My god.

“Watson said she saw agents dragging residents, including kids, out of the building without any clothes on and into U-Haul vans. Kids were separated from their mothers…’It was heartbreaking to watch…seeing kids coming out buck naked and taken from their mothers, it was horrible.’”
Massive immigration raid on Chicago apartment building leaves residents reeling: 'I feel defeated'
The Department of Homeland Security said federal agents with Border Patrol, the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives arrested 37 people in the raid.

Hollow, lifeless, still
Crucified in clouded fields
Forbidding the crows

Melted shades of primal gods
Blood-splashed once more
