That plus a few nervous checks that the house is all locked up proper.
That mug is so cute! (So is the pup, obvs)
Bins are out to the curb, just ordered some pizza for dinner, little man is happily playing with his toys, and I have a nice warm mug of tea, yup the perfect fall Sunday night. Hopefully by next month someone will be housebroken enough to sit in the living room with a fire.
Glad the expert knowledge matched my: FFS WHY. WHY.
I totally missed out. Last time I rode was the 90s
That's so cool!

(I'm trying to catch up to what's out there. I have a goal of working my way up to being able to ride again in a few years 🤞🏻🤞🏻)
Whaaaat!! I haven't seen any such thing, how neat (granted, I shoe shop never
(we were kids so maybe that's why?)
Tennis shoes??

My riding instructor always made us wear shoes with a heel, I didn't know you could ride with tennies

Does anyone on here have the design skills to turn this into a poster for me that can be printed 8.5 by 11 and also blown up larger? council.nyc.gov/districts/pr... - I need to be able to create a blown up poster version of this for an ongoing organizing campaign.

Would you feel comfortable sharing a link to your local food bank for donations?

I'll celebrate the Tamsyn Muir way:

"So I’m shut in here — walled in, really — to prevent the Nine Houses becoming none houses, with left grief."
happy None Pizza w Left Beef too all who celebrate (est. 2007)
Yep mine has always manifested in anger and burnout. when they're particularly bad I know it's depression trying to take over.
The burnout is not for them but "go for the eyes" absolutely fits kids. They can be so creepy/vicious entirely on their own. (Admiring)

(if you would like to report the accounts for violations of the Hatch Act, it’s 5 U.S.C. § 7326(2), feel free to send it in to the mod team)

Also, ayo @jay.bsky.team and the BlueSky team, if you’re gonna permaban Link and Palestinian aid accounts, it’s not a good look if you also don’t ban government accounts engaged in obvious violations of the Hatch Act, which is an actual federal law.
I read an entire book.

It has to be enough because my weeks are brutal now, they don't allow for resting. But I know the frustration is going to set in.
I'm going to be so aggravated that I didn't get much done today. My skeleton is made of lava and I'm trying to rest. But I helped SmolAc create some letters (art and a few words). I cleared some mail off my desk, pinned & trimmed tablecloth fabric, & conducted backyard sports. PiC fed us.

Epstein Survivor Lisa Phillips: Everyone makes it about Trump and Epstein, but it’s about this whole ring of men. That’s what makes me upset, because we know they were there. We saw them. We know there were royalty, princes, very powerful people in academia and tech, and we saw them at parties.
I gave both kids a chance to search "everywhere" for the glasses.

JB now owes me a forfeit of some kind because I heaved my weary bones off the chair and found them in 3 minutes.
Yes, JB, it's totally my fault that you can't find your glasses because you never put them in the glasses case where they belong. YEP. ABSOLUTELY.
