Partner and I were able to get a refurbished Instant Pot for a really good deal last week but it's so hard to find recipes I can actually eat with it.

Why must every single vegan thing have tomatoes?? (Not 100% vegan but it's easier as a search term than "no eggs, no meat, no dairy except cheese."
