I'm so exhausted & sore from yesterday that I can barely even move. Despite 18 mph winds during the daylight hours hampering efforts, we managed to hurriedly get things up and running enough for trick-or-treaters, and another Halloween has been completed successfully. Pics when I have the energy.

In the wake of YouTube's dogshit "Super resolution" AI nonsense, it's actually easy to disable and not on a per-video basis which is very nice.

Welp, just heard that SNAP benefits aren't being given out in November due to Shutdown, without which I don't really have enough $$$$ to pay for a month's worth of groceries, esp in Tariff Hell Capitalism. So, it's time to throw up the links and ask for some financial help

You gotta just block these accounts without interacting. They're doing this the night before No Kings so they can selectively grab quote posts and replies about how nasty people are being. It's extremely transparent. Just block and move on.
Yes, it does look like the government accounts joining Bluesky are real, including Homeland Security and the White House. They're tweeting about it on X.

Autism does not need to be cured! It's the rest of society that needs to be more accommodating!! Neurodivergence and disabilities cause suffering only because we have so little understanding or support. Treating it as something "broken" or "wrong" only enforces that, please just help people instead.
