I do not understand the fuss over paper ballots. Maryland had machine vote tabulators in the distant past but opted for machine readable paper ballots decades ago. The same ballots are used for mail in voting. The machines that do the reading and counting are super secure.

should sign it, but this bill is tailor-made for him to say "I will stand up to powerful interests to lower your monthly bills."
