If you want a functional, effective government you should vote for people that believe the government can be functional and effective.
7/ Second, I think Will is mistaken to describe this as a *Congress* problem rather than a *Republican* problem. The last time the Democrats had majorities (and therefore agenda-setting power) in both chambers was the 117th Congress. And that was a tremendously productive Congress!

Speaking of "hate America," this guy and his GOP colleagues are smirking about rejecting the will of the American people. The Americans of Arizona's 7th district chose to send Grijalva to Congress but the GOP hates the majority of Americans and refuse to let them have any say in government.
