Our local Habitat for Humanity is building ownership flats for folks making 80% AMI. We could use way more of those, and now thousands of parcels are in the mix!

It's been so much fun to watch all of the neighborhood groups who vociferously opposed House Bill 1110 in 2023 turning around and opposing local proposals as "contradicting the intent" of the state law, when there's nothing in the law that prevents the state's largest city from going further.
