It helped me enormously to know that all these women had gone on to have perfectly healthy pregnancies (as I did), so on a psychological level it would benefit everyone to get it out there.

Thank you. After I had a miscarriage and started to tell close friends I was shocked by how many had also had one, and more shocked they'd never told me. One friend told me she'd had four, and I never suspected a thing. It's so medieval that women feel shame on top of trauma.
