The First Amendment protects free speech and the right to petition the government for grievances (i.e. the right to complain about our Government without fear of retribution).
It has absolutely NOTHING to do with a program that is used in regards to pricing matters. This case is stupid by default.

Counter-argument: The Sherman Antitrust Act makes it illegal for vendors to communicate with each other for the express purpose of price-fixing. Additionally, RealPage’s argument is an implicit admission that its software’s primary purpose is for breaking the law.
