For The Ringer, I wrote about how amazing it was that the brilliant Catherine O'Hara finally became a superstar in her 60s, and how sad it is that she was taken from us just when we had all finally begun to appreciate her:
Catherine O’Hara Could Do Anything
And she pretty much did everything. The only tragedy is that it feels like she was just beginning to get the recognition her decades-long career always deserved.

i once bought a new blazer for a schitts creek panel, and when i walked into the green room, catherine o'hara complimented me on it, and also noted that i had forgotten to cut all the threads off the vents.

and then she leaned in and said, "it's because you're going to return it, isn't it"

too bad we're not in the (relatively) innocent days of, like, 2004, where we could have a recurring Daily Show segment with a pithy name like "Department of Injustice"
interested to learn what “at my direction” means because it sounds like “without a warrant”

DOJ’s original complaint against Don was rejected by Magistrate Judge Douglas Micko who refused to sign the criminal complaint and then the DOJ appealed and that too was rejected. That chief judge, Hon. Patrick J. Schiltz— is a former Scalia clerk and George W. Bush appointee:

I dunno why I'm fixating on a silly little continuity error of the kind that isn't uncommon in movies/TV, but: Paine's vest is unbuttoned when Franklin hands him the whiskey, but by the time they clink glasses moments later, it's buttoned up

also why does Ben look like Sally Field as a man
You don't have the be an avowed AI hater to be impressed without lifeless and unwatchable this is.

The ethos of Trumpism is the ethos of the most pathetic schoolyard bully: I can say and do anything to you, but if you say anything back, I will run mewling to the teacher.

Just despicable liars nad snivvelers.
