Pretty much every time I get an annual or recommended vaccine (flu, COVID, most recently: shingles) my body responds strongly with fever, body ache, and in my case — a migraine.

Anything I can do to mitigate, or is this just the price I pay for a protected immune system?

Unless you take the back way through Lake Elsinore, the I-5 is the only corridor for most people traveling from San Diego -> Orange/Los Angeles County.

The Tacoma Federal Courthouse is a beautiful old building and I’m grateful I got to visit it. All the employees were super nice and THEY’RE NOT EVEN GETTING PAID.

They weren’t even opposed to new technology improving their craft! They were opposed to the pollution, loss of free time, poor wages, and lack of craft that went into the finished work!

Literally an inferior quality product that cost MORE than what they were making to create!
