Autism isn't a disease
It's a developmental difference, part of the natural diversity human brains. Framing it as a disease fuels stigma.

(It doesn't need to be "cured" with oversold supplements based on thin scientific evidence 😒)

Graham Greene helped make the rest of the world see Indigenous people as real human beings. The first time I saw him on screen was in Dances With Wolves and the last time was in The Last of Us. What a tremendous legacy! RIP ✊🏽🙌🏽❤️

Looking at this from my view in Alberta rn makes me so jealous.

Turns out when you treat teachers well, invest in students, and focus on improving schools, you get real results.

Illinois now ranks third in the nation for our education system for a reason.

The monitoring station on Mauna Loa provides the longest direct measurements of CO2 in the atmosphere.
Trump wants to shut it down, which is like taking the batteries out of your screaming smoke alarm and pretending the house isn't on fire. #climatechange

Several Chiefs across Canada gathered today in Ottawa to prepare for their meeting with Prime Minister Mark Carney regarding newly-passed Bill C-5.

The bill proposes to accelerate development projects like pipelines by speeding up the approval process.

I’ve been seeing a lot of anecdotal posts from ER and Peds doctors about this as well.

Regulations for e-scooters vary depending on the province. Ontario requires riders to be at least 16 years old and mandates helmets for those under 18, while the minimum age in Quebec is 14 and helmets are mandatory for everyone.

Today, I sent the attached letter to First Nations affirming that #ForeverCanadian and I will support and, if necessary, take Court action to protect Canada and its treaty obligations. The petition I filed protects First Nations' entrenched rights.

Vaccines are rigorously tested, they are effective, and they save lives. More than 150 million lives have been saved in the past 50 years thanks to vaccines!

But you may be worried about what's in them?
So, let’s break it down ⬇

With MAGA calling the shots, it's going to become difficult to access vaccines.. unless it's their vaccine.

Senior U.S. figures are invested in reviving old vaccine-tech, abandoned decades ago because it was giving too many kids febrile seizures.

Unreal: To sustain his lie about a "genocide" of "white farmers" while meeting with the South African president, Trump used a photo of war deaths in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

I looked into this a bit more. It's worse than it first appeared. 1/

Trump’s Lie about Dead “White Farmers” Just Got Even More Grotesque
That photo he brandished to Cyril Ramaphosa was from the Democratic Republic of Congo—whose refugees the Trump administration is pointedly not welcoming to America.
