i don't think its a FPS limitation rn, but rather a size limitation on the videos requiring compression first and visibility second

if you use a program like handbrake.fr before uploading a video, you can get to 60fps by sacrificing size constraints

Yeah, this has been a major force in the tech world ever since Facebook and Google arbitraged privacy rules for ad revenue and opened the door that Uber tore down. Tech bros terminology around this is 'regulator arbitrage'.
