I think genetics definitely plays a part. I like my skincare but a lot of my 'youthful looks' is definitely from my parents. My Dad never looked his age & mother doesn't now.

That's really interesting.
I'm not bilingual by any means but I know when I was living in France & speaking French all the time & completely immersed in it (TV, cinema, study, work etc) I was thinking & dreaming in French. Inner monologue depended on the situation.
