Anthropic operates a high-velocity "hive mind" with ≈90-day planning cycles, versioned workstreams, and claimed 10×–1000× developer productivity, enabling rapid productization such as Claude Cowork, launched publicly about 10 days after conception.
The Anthropic Hive Mind
As you’ve probably noticed, something is happening over at Anthropic. They are a spaceship that is beginning to take off.

If you're not doing regular 1:1s with your coding agents, they've already got one foot out the door. Just because they're robots doesn't mean the basic rules of management no longer apply. #ai #thoughtleadership

I also enjoy that they renamed Remote Desktop to Windows App and the Windows App is available in the App Store for Mac where the tab title becomes "Windows App App - App Store"

Weird to think about which things survive the test of time. Like we don’t use myrrh but we still have gold and frankenberries?! There were at least 2 wise men it seems.

Passenger: Can you…see anything?

Driver: Only enough to know we’re in terrible danger.
the DoorDashers and Instacarters and UberEaters are driving with their car windows COMPLETELY covered in snow. Just the wiper path on the windshield cleared. 75% of them grew up in tropical latitudes. I’m begging you not to send them out to get you treats in a blizzard.
