Vahva alleviivaus taas sille, että tuo 18 457 tarkoittaa vain löytyneitä ja tunnistettuja uhreja, koska niiden nimet on pystytty julkaisemaan. Monien arvioiden mukaan suurinta osaa uhreista ei ole edes löydetty, eikä löytyneistäkään ole pystytty tunnistamaan juuri ketään enää pitkään aikaan.

Ihan kuin poliisilla ei riittäisi oikeita rikoksia tutkittaviksi, kun pitää tehdä itse petos, jotta pääsisi tutkimaan väkivallattomien mielenosoittajien kalsarit. Ei ole tässä mukana olleilla poliiseilla puhtaat tarkoitusperät ja heidän toimistaan pitäisi järjestää puolestaan tutkimus.
