I’m currently working on a 6 Day Push/Pull/Leg routine with a Saturday rest day. 3 days are low rep (6-10) higher weights, the other 3 are higher rep (10-12) with lower weights.

I do a 5 minute mobility routine before each day. For summer I was 1.5 hr, I’m aiming for 50-60m routines now.

I'm trying to show off the maps but not at a quality level that erodes selling prints etc.. I think the best way to accomplish this is something like the above formatting that is 72 DPI all with a 1080 width.

I’m very grateful today that my government uses parliamentary style and when the budget can’t pass the entire administration is nulled and we get an election. AND government never actually stops services.

Swissies updated tried with Deadlifts today and it was way more comfortable on the wrists/arms. Also easier to keep bar in centre of mass.
