show has introduced a bunch of new side characters i'm not going to pay any attention to lol. it's really fun watching Baihe be competent and good at her job <3 (gonna try QT-ing threads when they start getting too long; idk if that will be more or less obnoxious, but it will be easier for me)
what is with people forcing other people to drink in this show? that is so strange to me, is it a cultural thing? i mean it's also in CQL so maybe it is but in a modern show it feels really strange to me as a prevalent form of social pressure? people know alcoholism exists!

the repeated use in Yibo/AK's dance of the leg sweep choreo from "Gangnam Style" is killing me 😂 it's just the most incongruous thing I can think of for THE GALA
(but they also reference Yibo's AK homage with his leg swing move from "Dui Ni Ai Bu Wan" so i wonder if this is another AK thing?)
