If you haven't read Wright Thompson's "The Barn," (he also wrote the piece mentioned in the article), I cannot urge you strongly enough to do so. Beautifully written and absolutely devastating.

To be fair, this Supreme Court has already proved quite willing to lie - and be lied to - in the service of conservative goals, so why not see if they'll do it again?
