At first the Discord hack didn’t seem that bad because it was initially the third party help desk.

But then you find out they had got there age verification data. Come to find out they got 1.5 TB of government id and age verification data. This is going to become a case against age verification.

bluesky's auto-moderation would shit itself at the implication of what dysphoric people will consider doing to their own bodies. but just know that it's a preventable misery. nobody should have to wait years until you get to be known/seen as your authentic self. it's nothing short of inhumane.

The cruelty is the point, always has been. The NHS gender clinics are so underfunded that you'll be waiting 8+ years for an initial appointment, something that'd be downright criminal if this was something cis people experienced with their general healthcare.

This is one of the first things I mention when I talk to anyone about transition. Anyone who thinks people are being rushed through and pushed into decisions they might later regret is absolutely incorrect. Even going privately was a whole, long ordeal. Not to mention incredibly expensive.

tumblr definitely seems most viable for artists to use as an RSS feed but like. wouldn't it be so nice to have specific feeds on your site for updates, art and fandom rambles that people could pick and choose which ones they wanted? it would be so nice! but alas XML an new and unusual beast to me.
