looking into the article, important part to it is this was initiated by italian unions, making it possible to organize such action at all. which reinforces for what and why such union restrictions exist in america. keeping labor down doesn't just generate wealth, it also suppresses other movements.

the original puredata patch uses 16 channels of delay lines which is a lot! but it seems like by placing "diffusers" (mentioned in the above article) before the delay network you can get away with much fewer. even 4 seems to work ok for me!
