I’m on the older side, so I would vouch for “Batman Returns” on the Super Nintendo. Big stylish sprites, satisfyingly crunchy moveset. (Runners-up from that era would include both 16-bit versions of “Aladdin” and “Indiana Jones’ Greatest Adventures.”)
