immigration is an entirely fake issue. every concern people have is either a statistical anomaly that occurs at a similar or higher rate among citizens, or something that would be solved by an open border and equal protection under the law

Planned Parenthood was cut off from Medicaid by the federal government. So now transgender Medicaid patients either have to find a way to pay for their care out of pocket or find somewhere else to get it, depending on where they live.
After years of waiting, she wanted to start gender-affirming care. Politics interfered.
Medicaid patients can’t use their insurance at Planned Parenthood, unless their state covers it. This is a major setback for trans health care.
