@sasha98.bsky.social provides analysis of just how precarious and inconsistent access to trans healthcare on the NHS has become. They highlight how official guidance has favoured giving hostile and nervous clinicians excuses, rather than empower or expect them to provide good care standards.

Nothing about us, without us.

And with things like the puberty blocker trial, that doesn't simply mean involving trans adults - it means listening to young people and being led by their experience.
The trans community’s trust in the NHS’ new puberty blocker trial is low and I can’t help but wonder whether they could have prevented that by involving ANY trans people in its design or operation, and maybe not involving several people who have attended conferences of anti-LGBTQ hate groups

Point 6 in the eligibility criteria, where adolescents are only eligible for potential access to puberty blockers if their clinician "believes they have participated sufficiently for their holistic health in other forms of care".

This set up gives clinicians so much power. It is set up for abuse.

This is not how you design a research study to see whether puberty blockers are beneficial.

This is how you design a research study to show they have little benefit.

Apparently people hurt by other activists must be on demand 24/7 and never take a day off from it or else lose credibility.

Anyway if you know me from dark I genuinely enjoyed the games sessions.

Very much doubt anyone has been told the full story so expecting distance but hope I'm wrong.

The limited monetisation issue is real for basically any channel that talks about any serious issue. Ember is amongst the best to ever do it. Shit like this just isn't fair.
it's been hit with limited monetization, meaning i won't make much money off this one.

i don't know the reason, i requested a review & they stood by the decision.

i was only able to release 3 videos this year & the last was a flop.

so if you were thinking of joining my Patreon or Members..

'Illegal' (no-one is illegal) immigrants are an already-demonised group which Starmer and co now want to conflate with asylum seekers, as the far right has done for ages, but it's the same playbook.

Going back to the OP ulitmately they're right, it's a racist, ableist, queerphobic party in power.

See also govt trying to claim PIP was an out of work benefit, so they could imply those claiming it needed to 'get back into work' feeding the 'scroungers' narrative*

The government lies. Constantly

(*and those on out of work benefits aren't 'scroungers' anyway. They're people. They're us)
What on earth does asylum have to do with illegal immigration, and why is Starmer conflating the two?

(I know the answer: It's because he's a racist, in charge of a racist party.)

The only way Shabana Mahmood will implement her vile, racist "reforms" is by importing anti-migrant ICE raids from the US into our communities, supported (more readily than in Britain than in some US states) by the police. It's time to get organised against the horrors that lie ahead

How have we found ourselves here as a country? A supposedly centre-left government unable to rule out child detention.

Will Labour MPs now ask – how have they found themselves here as a party? And, more importantly, what do they plan to do about it?
Lots of Labour MPs asking Mahmood tonight to rule out child detention. She won’t rule it out. That’s because forced removals of families will mean children in detention for periods.

Home Office ruling out deportation of lone minors but the changes will certainly mean more detention of children.
