It's an interesting feeling seeing the COVID cases rise and being one of the few people masking. Going to the theatre and getting stared at like you are the 'crazy' is systemic gaslighting. I value the little health I have and I'm protecting myself as best I can.

Hey white peeps, you might not be doing things for racist reasons, I know you feel unseen, unheard + forgotten. If you follow actions started by a racist group you're signalling you're ok to be represented by racists. If you're ok with that, then you need to get used to being called a racist.

Racism is solved. We just need to "take back the flag" from the racists, fly it where we are legally allowed too and then it won't be used to intimidate anymore. So POC are saying it's intimidating, white people's response "let's fly more of them". No need to to anything else. Perfect /S 🤦🏻

When digital ID is required to access services (eg the NHS, or legal representation, or obtaining a bank account, or renting a flat), and yours has been set to "nope" because the government of the day decides it doesn't like people of Your Sort, what will you be able to do about it?

The digital ID card sounds like a trojan horse to link your use of public services to your finances, your health records to your shopping habits and finance and your location to the police, to me.

Not just @unison.org.uk but @gmb.org.uk are also backing the transphobe for deputy leader of the Labour party.
When it comes down to it, they don't give a shit even the unions are in collusion with the bigots, transphobia it seems is not a hard line for them.

Absolutely. Screaming out loud can be a great way to get feelings of anger out as part of a personal wellbeing practice. Tell your friend to add in a calming/grounding exercise after they've finished screaming 😉.
