I’m a former ICU nurse (& theatre & ED nurse & teacher) who burned everything as a whistleblower for safety (twice).

Yesterday I was lucky to have been given a diagnosis of ADHD.
So I’m no longer suspected to have AuADHD, or known to be a person with autism & suspected ADHD. I am a person with both.
I’m 50. That’s a lot.

So…if the US courts are the arbiter of guilt or innocence of a foreign leader according to US domestic law, what happens when they don’t find him guilty because of due process?
Does that also make the court the legitimising authority of invasion for the kidnap of a foreign leader?
