I CANNOT overstate how important local abortion funds are. Even pre-Dobbs, abortion was inaccessible for many: too expensive, clinic too far (hours away in many cases), can’t get childcare or take off work to make the trip. Abortion Funds fill the gap - they are critical healthcare infrastructure.
