I lived in Philadelphia for a year. I have been addicted to cheesesteaks ever since - though it is incredibly hard to find a decent one elsewhere. But I hated the soft pretzels even though at the time I liked regular pretzels (only like white chocolate coated ones now.)
Today someone who moved to Philly ~6 months ago had his first Philly soft pretzel at our event and when he told me that I started tearing up, because how beautiful to provide the inaugural soft pretzel for someone’s Philadelphia journey 🥹

This statement reminds me of what the Sons of the Confederate Veterans did many years ago. They used to have some members interested in history and genealogy. No longer.
Extremism has become the Republican mainstream, and they are now purging anyone reasonable from their ranks. LP Senior Advisor Stuart Stevens examines this on MSNBC:

Today I hit the Pope Leo XIV Aurelio’s Pizza in Homewood, Illinois. There’s pope merch and a Poperoni pizza and a Pope chair. Best of all, there’s a picture of pre-Pope Bob Prevost in civilian clothes when his family was together at the Pope’s favorite pizza spot.

I live in a blue state so my Marketplace premium is only going up about $200 a month next year. I don't qualify for subsidies so from @$13,000 a year to @$15,000 a year. Luckily for me, I turn 65 in February so only have to pay one month.
