Introduce yourself with what almost killed you.

Massive oak tree came down and smashed the back off my house. Would be dead but the electricity substation next to the house broke the tree’s fall.

Tequila. Drinking challenge was the only one who could drink a quint shot in one go.
Passed out whilst walking home across Weymouth beach.
Woke up with the tide lapping round my ankles, but was wet to my shoulders.
We haven’t spoken since.
Introduce yourself with what almost killed you.

Too many to mention. This is the one universe where I made it this far 😅

2 rewatches and 2 first times.

* Plodding locked in car thriller

* Deliverance-esque thriller that with hindsight I should have given an extra half star

* A fave Hughes comedy

* Thoughtful and funny hitman tale

It's time for my annual request for mutes to look up your local hunt saboteur group and bung them a tenner (or more).

They are still out there, risking arrest and injury every week, because hunting with hounds, while illegal, still blatantly and openly takes place simply because of who does it.
As sab groups join this new platform, we are adding them to this starter pack.

Share with your friends 😉

3 Rewatches and a new dud.

- Fave zero budget film
- Bitey fish
- Slow, inconsistent bitey vamps
- Brit TV-to-film effort still works

* A surprisingly watchable Transformers Film

* Real life story that just felt a bit flat. Might have been my mood.

* Rather watch a real carry-on film

* Old robbery film that was better than I expected

All I can say is, if you're a working person earning less than £71k who honesly believes benefit claimants are earning that much, quit your job. Go on. What could go wrong?

There is a dishonest Labour MP trying to claim wealth taxes “don’t work”.

Wealth taxes DO work. I know, I used to live in Norway, where they have had a wealth tax for more than 130 years. All public services are much better and poverty is far, far less than in the UK.

Anyone else had problem trying to return parcels using UPS uk? The 24 hour drop-off near me doesn’t accept packet returns and every store I have tried says the system has been down for over a week.

* Decent thriller but goddamn do the characters say goddamn way too goddamn much

* Good retelling of classic story but a bit long.

* Tension-free gambling addiction parable. Not for me.

* Nothing super about this one.

Old western I”d never heard of and wasn’t bad at all.

E.T for adults

Medical ethics thriller - good idea but poorly executed. More realism would have made it decent.

Still don’t know wtf to make of 28 years later. With hindsight should have been 2 stars.

Any window fitters about? What's the best way to find the source of a whistling sound on the outside (I think) of a window frame? It is driving me doo-lally in this wind. Can't see anything obvious, but haven't been up a ladder to look closer yet.

Ngl a lot of The Hack was hard to follow but didn’t stop me liking it.

Now for Black Rabbit.

Today:

2 hours dog walks. No problems.

2 hours gym. No problems.

40 mins vacuum the house … absolutely fucked me up. Get a defibrillator.

God knows I want to break free.

Poverty, slums, nonces, prisoners of war, misery.

Quite disappointed with Red Rising in second viewing, remembered it as being better than that.

One of the things we're trying to do at poppop.studio is find a better way to fund SEND and AP projects.

I'm wondering about sponsorship, for example for a new Parent Carer Forum website.

Would this work? Where would we find sponsors?
