Having life get heavy and realizing your entire support network is pretty much “a bunch of people you talked to on twitter but now you can’t hang out with anymore because of fascism” is a real kick in the teeth.

Had a lot of good things happen this year, but it makes the low points feel that much worse. Improved my job, my health, my finances, meanwhile my entire creative support circle disintegrated. 10 years since I lost my writing and I was starting to finally rebound, then that vanished.
