You'll notice all of the initial access methods don't involve AI, and generative AI or GenAI isn't mentioned once. Which is interesting... considering it contradicts their own narrative a few weeks ago.

Yeah, had to boil strips of pork skin to make the jelly, and also lots of very fine dicing, dough making and resting, wrapping, etc… But better than staring at a screen :-)

First time making xiao long bao by myself. Bit of a marathon effort making everything from scratch, but despite the wonky shapes they turned out well. 5 hours of prep time, and all gone in 10 minutes 😋

The joy of sitting at the counter of a great #cocktail bar and talking to the staff about what _they_ would choose next. Valentin from L’Artchimiste in Lyon suggested a Champs-Élysée which I’d never heard of before, but hit the spot with its deep, dark, subtly spiced and quite herbaceous flavour.
