In the 90s tech bubble there were companies that openly said they didn't know how they would make a profit that were still raising hundreds of millions with an IPO. People with money are often not very sharp.
I find it so strange that so much news of Chinese AI just totally undercuts the SV AI story and ... nothing happens. The AI bubble just keeps inflating over here.
