All of which to say, y'all, we need to do this together. Many, many others with much, much more experience and wisdom than me have been shouting this from the rooftops for ages. Find the ones speaking about issues important to you. Let them help you prioritize and focus your efforts.
I love my PT. So, so often, issues that I might have otherwise gone to an MD for - and gotten treatments for the symptoms without actually addressing the root cause - she can figure out and make a plan to address with me in 30 minutes. My body works better because she understands and helps me learn.

Ooof .. watching #CriticalRole S3E78 and Taliesin Jaffe's emotional maturity & depth of empathy are *astounding*. I loved him as Caduceus Clay for this, but the love, care, & comfort he offers others as they literally vomit their emotions at him after experiencing intense trauma himself is.. damn.
