🚨The absence of media coverage of this natural disaster in Alaska, the lost/missing people, and the destruction of the aftermath is up to us to share. Please help if you can - even if it is just spreading awareness. There is no FEMA going to help them. 1/2

They've banned @lexialex.bsky.social again, an award-winning filmmaker with a tremendous following, because (much like the Democratic party!) they hate Palestinians so much they're willing to burn down their own platform. If you follow me, ESPECIALLY if you're white, PLEASE email moderation.

People need to understand that querying an LLM about a model's internal structure is not revealing of anything - it is just going to apply the same process to the query as it will to any other input. this is how the transformer architecture works.

My dear friend’s niece, who in October developed sepsis when a Georgia hospital refused her a D&C after a miscarriage, will be taken off life support tomorrow.

I don’t know the names of the countless others who have suffered and will suffered because of anti-abortion laws.

But her name was Haley.

Breaking: Trump's full trans military ban has just dropped. Quickly reading it, it appears to be a full separation from the military for all transgender military members, and states being trans is inconsistent with "honesty, humility, uniformity, and integrity."

A sad day for this nation.

this is an act of unspeakable violence. it benefits no one, it doesn’t move a number on a balance sheet. it only guarantees that every one of these incarcerated transgender people will be tortured.

Louisiana hasn't had a contested execution in 23 years. Now they're trying to execute 3 people in 3 days (so far) - including an 81-year-old, wheelchair-bound man in the process of entering hospice.

They are going to use nitrogen hypoxia, a profoundly experimental killing method, to do this.

Eric Adams pretty much agreed to sidestep NY sanctuary protections, & make his city's immigrant residents more vulnerable to iCE, in pursuit of naked personal gain & a shield from corruption charges.

New — The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) was told this week by DOJ that they'd lose their funding if the org didn't remove any mentions of LGBTQIA+ issues from their public materials, I've learned. Staff were told they need to deadname trans kids in their reports to comply.
