First pottery class done! Never done this before but I really enjoyed it and my instructor was impressed by my first attempts. I picked it up pretty quickly and made what I wanted (a yunomi 湯のみ) after my third attempt. It was then cut in half to better understand the process 😅
My copium is still immense for this game, but I continue to be disappointed with the blackout silence this is getting from CAPCOM.

Had an urge to replay Dragons Dogma 2 on PS5.
Then I remembered CAPCOM made the dumbest, anti-player decision ever.
It’s absurd that in this day and age you still can’t have more than one save and if I want to start again, I either have to complete the game with my current save or wipe it.

We did something different with the credits for Demonschool. We used this format: name, title, lengthy description of what they did. Often you see credits in games where you don't know what the credited developer was actually responsible for. We wanted to give people proper, actual credit.

UX writing matters. The first message implies the user did something wrong, and only tech-savvy people would understand what the following sentence means, or how it's tied to the reason for the issue.

I recently had a similar thought to this. Regardless of what genre, more games should have “down time” between missions. A rest stop between locations, recuperation between missions or Grandia II style meals around a table. Just something to give players time to digest and absorb the experience.
When I was younger and had what felt like infinite gamer time I used to lament mission it episode structure because it felt like having all these forced breaks killed the flow.
Now that I am old every time Pokemon ZA makes me go back to the hotel I am like THANK GOD BED TIME
