America got too complacent. Vietnam, South Korea and other countries out here passing us up in the sandwich game while my countrymen treat the McRib with reverence smh

Widow of one of my favorite Little League dads posted a “Happy Anniversary” message to her late husband on IG. He took his own life ~3 years ago. He was such a kind and gentle dude. Their only child is the same age as J. Please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline if you need help. I did 👇🏾

Told this story before, but 9 y/o Jalen was in a deep slump in Little League. We worked on bunting. Down 4-0 in 1st inning against an all star pitcher, I had J drag a bunt. Defense was flummoxed. Pitcher didn’t record another out and J had another tool in his belt lol
I drag bunted basically every game once I got to Pony. Gotta play the hand you're dealt, at some point, as the small fast kid.
