It is funny his aides came with "serious" (very stupid) reasons as excuses for taking Greenland to avoid saying it's because he doesn't understand Mercator projection and he was good at repeating that for a bit but he couldn't keep it up for long and started whining about the Nobel again.
The president of the most powerful country on Earth destroying the world order because he doesn't understand maps has to be insanity inducing for European leaders.
taking trump seriously rn would be too damaging to a US in decline so the whole system is squirming to not look at him directly. press translating what he says to sound more sane, democrats just talking about eggs. he's too big to fail

Could understand this take if Hanania was one of those teenagers on Twitter that calls Steve Sailer dad and tweets world IQ maps and grew out of it and came to his senses but this strikes me as a guy seeing water flowing up onto the deck and wants to get ahead of the other rats.
Folks, if Richard Hanania now wants to fight the administration, racism and fascism, you let him do it and don't grind his nose in all the shit he did to make it happen until after the fight is won.

I never watched the Boba Fett show and never will but it’s bizarre how some creators don’t understand oftentimes the mask or helmet IS the character’s face. A character like that should never be seen with their helmet off. Dredd understood this.

The 2016 Ghostbusters had the same problem where it was bad (though I think Afterlife was much worse) and the cultural discourse around it poisoned a normal person’s ability to say it was bad.
I didn't like the movie! I didn't like the movie for reasons that had nothing to do with why most people didn't like the movie! I wish we could have had this conversation at the time!
