It’s so important to rest for…. a longer period of time if you’re overworked.
Funnily I often thought - after a day or even HALF a day off: “wow. I feel so rejuvenated!”
Of course I still felt like utter shit, but these few hours of doing nothing created the illusion of luxurious holidays … 🤣 …
